Ludovic Leforestier.


Ludovic Leforestier is a recognised thought leader in influencer and analyst relations. He has over 20 years of hands-on analyst relations experience with the very best AR teams such as Oracle and IBM. He has built two world-class analyst & influencer relations departments at management firm BearingPoint and AdTech leader Criteo. At BearingPoint, he also led the launch and development of the BearingPoint Institute. Ludovic founded Starsight in 2021.

He co-founded the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR>) and is currently serving as one of its Board Members. He is the founder of Starsight Communications, a new kind of specialist analyst & B2B influencer relations agency.

Chloe Roberts.

Chloe Roberts

Chloe Roberts has worked directly in analyst relations for over 3 years. Her experience includes working with large enterprises, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Microsoft, as well as a variety of start-up and scaleup clients with Starsight. In May 2021 Chloe joined the IIAR> as a member and became a certified Industry Analyst Relations professional.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University and is currently studying for a Masters in Strategic Communication at the University of Western Australia.

Ksenia Efimova.

Ksenia Efimova has over 10 years of experience with market and competition analysis, go-to-market and communication strategy analysis and development in the technology industry. 

In her previous role as a market analyst and consultant, she has assisted various market players starting from service providers up to SMBs to better understand market trends and developments and adjust their business to fit market and target audience needs.

She is IIAR> certified and holds a Masters of International Marketing from the State University of Omsk and a Bachelor of Science from University of New York in Prague.

Raluca Faloba.

Raluca Faloba has almost 15 years of experience in Communications providing services for clients in various industries like energy, IT, banking, airline, and health. 

She is IIAR> certified and holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from the University of Stirling, which is Chartered Institute of Public Relations certified.

Her educational background includes bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration & Marketing.

Hervé Dhelin.

Hervé Dhélin has over 20 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication and analyst relations. He has created disruptive marketing and communication strategies and integrated all marketing disciplines to support company business objectives. 

Hervé has worked for various software vendors managing their marketing teams, from start-ups (Atakma Technologies, Sense4data) to scale-ups (EfficientIp) to very large software vendors (BMC, Mercury, SPSS, IBM) helping them open new markets, outperform competitors and increase revenue in EMEA, APAC and North America.

He is IIAR> certified and a digital communication specialist (SEM, SEA, SEO, Content Marketing, Inbound, Outbound, Marketing Automation), he is also a professor at University Paris Cité where he teaches digital communication to Master 1 students.

Madhurima Deb has almost 9 years of experience in Communications, catering to clients across a diverse range of industries, including energy, IT/ITES, Semiconductor, Telecom, Entertainment, Beverage, and Automobile sectors.

Madhurima’s professional journey has taken her to five different countries: India, Malaysia, Singapore, Ireland and the UK. This has endowed her with a versatile and adaptable set of skills. Paula Schmidt is a seasoned professional with 35+ years in the ICT industry, specializing in Industry Analyst Relations. Her expertise includes creating and executing targeted analyst programs, building and managing relationships with key analysts, and integrating analyst relations into strategic business activities. 

Paula has worked at DXC Technology, Avaya, CA, Siemens Nixdorf, and IDC. During her long career she has had the pleasure of building relationships with many industry analysts and raising the profile of analyst relations within her company.
