Starsight was recognised for the second year running by industry analyst colleagues as the #2 IIAR> Agency Of The Year 2022 globally at the institute’s annual IIAR> awards. Starsight is the only European agency on the podium, once again leading the field on our side of the Atlantic. We are humbled and honoured to be voted for by the analyst community and are thrilled that our work over the past year has delighted both our clients and the analysts we work with. Thank you to everyone who voted for us! We also want to wish a huge congratulations to our peers, we’re humbled to share the podium with Spotlight AR and to Schaffer AR. We’ve enjoyed contributing together to the AR professionals community on IIAR> projects throughout this year and you truly deserve the praise for all your hard work.
The awards were a great success for our friends over at IDC, with Crawford del Prete’s team once again being crowned analyst firm of the year. In addition, Archana Venkatraman was hailed analyst of the year, unsurprising for anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Archana and hearing her future-thinking ideas. Nathalie Feeney from IDC also won analyst client partner of the year, a truly deserved recognition for the time and effort she puts into delivering value for her clients. We work closely with IDC across a number of our clients and it’s great to see their hard work and passion for delivery recognised. Well done!
Forrester was also well appreciated, with 3 of their analysts taking runner up spots, a client partner recognition and a win for new analyst of the year. In the client partner of the year category, Forrester’s Arpan Maheshwari was a runner-up for his great client collaboration. Paul McKay and Mike Gualtieri were the respective runners up for analyst of the year, two leading analysts who always share valuable insights on security and AI trends. Nikhil Lai was the winner of the new analyst of the year award and has shown true thought leadership in performance marketing throughout the few months he’s been at Forrester. He was closely followed by his Forrester colleague Kim Herrington who has upheld the importance of a data-driven narrative at Forrester for the past year. Overall, great recognition all around for the analyst firm!
Following their IIAR> webinar in November, Ventana Research also had two notable recognitions in the awards. One of their newest team members Quincy Valencia was a runner up for the new analyst of the year award for her exceptional work in HCM. In the Client Partner of the year award, Tony Carrini was also voted as a runner up for great customer service at Ventana.
Finally, congratulations are in order for the in-house AR teams as well. Sarita Kincaid from SugarCRM was recognised as AR pro of the year for her impressive data-driven approach to AR, followed by Ricarda Rodatus and Henry Chalian. The AR team of the year award was granted to Amazon, with IBM and Oracle as runners-up. Well done to all!
Following the awards, team Starsight had a great time at the IIAR> Xmas Party in London where the team caught-up with over 70 top industry analysts and thought leaders. Thank you to the UK chapter of the IIAR> for organising a stellar event! We can’t wait for the next one.
